Tier 2+ Engineer (see note above)

Expected Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Information Security Best Practices
  • Networking, specifically Meraki Security Appliances. Wifi, VLANs, VPNs
  • Microsoft Cloud Platform, Office 365, Azure
  • Operating Systems, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012R2 – 2016, MAC including Mojave, iOS, Android, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu 16.04+)
  • Advanced troubleshooting in complex environments

Expected Personal Traits

  • Not just a desire to learn but a habit and discipline of learning
  • An actionable desire to do whatever you can to support customers and teammates
  • Communication Skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely within your team, and reduce complex technical jargon to understandable language for end users
  • Customer Service Skills, refusing to be satisfied until the customer is satisfied
  • Organizational Skills, ability to work within structured systems (both PSAs and RMMs) and business processes
  • Ability to work effectively with teammates, customers and vendors
  • Desire to lead and mentor colleagues

Tier 2+ Technician (see note above)
